Public Venue-based Classes

Our classes take place at various venues across Sydney, so location details will be shared closer to the event date. You'll receive the specific address by email no later than 48 hours before each class. We always aim to choose locations that are convenient and accessible by public transport from Sydney CBD.

On-site Workplace Classes

We can bring the experience directly to your office! Our on-site workplace sessions create a cozy, inviting space where your team can step away from their desks and recharge. Our setups provide a refreshing break that encourages connection and relaxation right within your workplace. This option is perfect for companies looking to bring wellness and creativity into the office environment.

Age Guidelines
Our classes are designed for participants aged 16 and above.

Puppy Safety

To ensure the well-being of our puppies, we have a few guidelines for class. Please avoid picking up the puppies in any way that might be uncomfortable or unsafe for them.

We prioritise the safety and well-being of our puppies, so we cannot guarantee their energy levels during each session. While we ensure they receive quality rest between sessions and they are usually full of energy, we do not disturb or alter their natural behavior. We kindly ask for your understanding on this matter.

Consent for sharing pictures and videos

When you purchase a ticket, you agree to allow us to take and share photos and videos on our social media and website.

If you'd rather not be directly included in photos, just let us know before class, and we’ll make every effort to respect your preference. Please note, though, that we can’t completely ensure you won’t appear in the background.

Booking and Transfer Policy

All bookings are non-refundable as we strive to provide the best Puppy Sound Bath experience. However, if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Please inform us of any name changes at least 48 hours before the session.

Class Cancellation and Relocation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or relocate any class up to 24 hours before the scheduled event. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to all participants.

Disclaimer
Please be aware that our classes involve interaction with puppies, and while we take every precaution, there may be some risk of scratches or minor bites as the puppies are still in training. If you have allergies or sensitivities to animals, we recommend consulting your doctor before attending. By participating, you acknowledge that any allergic reactions, injuries, or incidents, including scratches, are your responsibility.
