Our story
This wasn’t just an idea. It was something I needed to do.
When I was diagnosed with cancer at 38, everything stopped. The world looked the same, but nothing felt the same anymore.
I had always believed in the power of meditation, but cancer taught me something deeper: it’s not enough to simply release what weighs us down. You can’t just empty the stress, the fear, or the sadness. You need to fill that space — with warmth, laughter, connection. Without joy, the emptiness stays empty.
That discovery became everything to me.
Mental health turned out to be just as important as medicine. About keeping my mind light, even when my body felt heavy. And that’s how I got through it. That’s how I won my match with cancer.
After recovering, I knew I couldn’t return to life as before. I needed to create something meaningful — something that could gently remind people how powerful joy can be.
That’s how Have a Good Time began.
Puppy meditation isn’t a trend. It’s a gentle, playful way to reconnect with yourself. To let go of the pressure, even for a moment. To not just release stress — but to fill back up with something good.
